Privacy Policy

What data HeistReady collects and how newsletter signups, analytics, and advertising cookies are handled.

Section 01

Newsletter form

The newsletter form stores the email address you submit, optional source metadata such as the signup location, and standard operational logs needed to run the service. The signup service is used for HeistReady launch updates and may trigger internal operational notifications when a new signup is stored.

Section 02

Analytics

With your consent, HeistReady loads Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, page performance, and guide interest. The analytics script does not load until you allow analytics cookies. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process browser, device, IP-derived location, and usage signals according to its own privacy terms.

Section 03

Advertising

HeistReady does not currently show ads or load any advertising scripts. The consent banner still offers an advertising choice so that, if an advertising partner is introduced later, its scripts would load only for visitors who have opted in. If that happens, this policy will be updated to name the partner and describe its data use before any ad script is served.

Section 04

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies needed to run the site are always active. On your first visit a consent banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Manage choices, with separate controls for analytics and advertising cookies. We use Google Consent Mode, and in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland no analytics or advertising cookies are set until you opt in. You can change or withdraw your choices any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer, block or delete cookies in your browser, and control ad personalization at Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).

Section 06

Contact and removal

To request deletion or correction of a newsletter email address, email us from the Contact page or use the Corrections route. Retention may be limited by operational backups, abuse prevention, and legal or security obligations.
